Summer 2012 Poetry eChapbook
Collections of poetry by one author will be considered for the summer solstice, 2012 e-chapbook, to be published around June 21.
Submissions will be accepted beginning April 1, 2012. Last day to submit is Sunday, May 27, 2012.
Terry Ehret, former poet laureate of Sonoma County, California, and founder/publisher of Sixteen Rivers Press, will be making the final selection.
Submit a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 24 quality poems on any theme. Any style, short or long, but no shaped poems. Please read back issues of poetry in the www.echapbook.com archives before submitting. Note that really long poems are not suitable for this venue.
The file should include a title for the collection and a list of contents. Please do NOT include identifying information anywhere in the manuscript, as the readings will be blind.
At least one-fourth of any collection should be previously unpublished, either online or in print. In the cover letter, indicate which, if any pieces, were previously published and where. Please notify Wordrunner eChapbooks if your collection, or any part of it, is accepted elsewhere. Simultaneous submissions are acceptable, but only one submission per author.
Payment: $65
